Hill's Prescription Diet c/d Multicare Urinary Care is a complete dietetic dry food designed to support urinary health in adult dogs. Formulated for the reduction of struvite stone recurrence, dissolution of struvite stones, and reduction of calcium oxalate stone formation, this food features controlled levels of calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus to help lower the concentration of the building blocks of bladder stones. The recipe contains added potassium citrate and calcium carbonate as urine alkalising substances, along with omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil and flaxseed to support urinary tract health. With a protein content of 20.0% and fat content of 15.3%, this chicken-flavoured kibble provides balanced daily nutrition with S+OXSHIELD technology, designed to promote a urinary environment that reduces the risk of developing struvite and calcium oxalate crystals. This specialist diet is recommended for lifelong feeding of adult dogs under veterinary supervision.

Suitable For:

• Adult dogs with calcium oxalate urolithiasis (reduce recurrence)
• Adult dogs with calcium phosphate urolithiasis (reduce recurrence)
• Adult dogs with struvite urolithiasis (reduce recurrence)
• Adult dogs requiring struvite dissolution

Not Suitable For:

• Growing puppies
• Pregnant or nursing dogs
• Dogs with concurrent use of urinary acidifiers
• Dogs with non-struvite or non-calcium oxalate crystalluria
• Dogs with hyperlipidaemia, pancreatitis, history of pancreatitis, or at risk of pancreatitis

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

Frequency: Divide daily amount into 2 or more meals per day Transition: Introduce gradually over 7 days, mixing increasing amounts of new food with decreasing amounts of old food Water: Ensure fresh water is always available at all times; adequate hydration supports urinary health Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
