Hill's Prescription Diet d/d Food Sensitivities Dry Dog Food with Duck & Rice is a complete dietetic feed formulated for the reduction of ingredient and nutrient intolerances and for support of skin function in cases of dermatosis and excessive loss of hair in adult dogs. The formula contains a selected and limited number of protein and carbohydrate sources, with duck meal (12%) as the single novel animal protein and broken rice (66%) as the carbohydrate source. High levels of essential fatty acids including linoleic acid (2.9%) and omega-3 fatty acids (0.7%) including EPA and DHA (0.33%) are included to support healthy skin barrier function. This specialist diet supports digestion and stool quality while providing complete and balanced nutrition.

SUITABILITY

Suitable For:

• Adult dogs with adverse food reactions (AFR) and food sensitivities
• Dogs with pruritic dermatitis or chronic skin conditions with excessive hair loss
• Dogs with chronic otitis externa associated with food sensitivity
• Dogs with forms of chronic enteropathy (inflammatory bowel disease) including food responsive, antibiotic responsive, and steroid responsive
• Dogs with flea allergy dermatitis (FAD) or atopic dermatitis (environmental allergy)

Not Suitable For:

• Growing puppies
• Pregnant or nursing dogs (gestation/lactation)
• Dogs with hyperlipidaemia
• Dogs with pancreatitis, history of pancreatitis, or at risk of pancreatitis

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

Frequency: Divide daily amount into 2 meals. Exclusively feed the recommended Specialist Diet food. Transition: Introduce gradually over 7 days or more, mixing with previous food Water: Ensure fresh water is always available at all times Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
