PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Royal Canin Gastrointestinal Low Fat Small Dog is a complete dietetic dry food for small adult dogs weighing up to 10kg, formulated for the support of lipid metabolism in the case of hyperlipidaemia with a low level of fat. This specialist diet contains just 7% fat and 80.9% highly digestible ingredients, with an adapted kibble size designed for small dog jaws. The formula includes a balanced blend of fibres (psyllium husks and seeds) and prebiotics (fructo-oligosaccharides 0.48%, manno-oligosaccharides) to support healthy digestion and intestinal transit. Enriched with taurine (1.2 g/kg), vitamin C (260 mg/kg), and vitamin E (510 mg/kg) for antioxidant support, plus EPA/DHA (0.14%) and omega-3 fatty acids (0.25%) for overall wellbeing.

SUITABILITY

Suitable For:

• Small adult dogs (up to 10kg) with hyperlipidaemia
• Small dogs with acute and chronic pancreatitis
• Small dogs with lymphangiectasia or exudative enteropathy
• Small dogs with exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI)
• Small dogs with delayed gastric emptying or oesophagitis
• Small dogs with acute and chronic diarrhoea

Not Suitable For:

• Puppies (growth phase)
• Pregnant or nursing dogs (gestation/lactation)
• Dogs over 10kg (use standard Gastrointestinal Low Fat instead)

SERVING RECOMMENDATION
