PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Royal Canin Hypoallergenic Loaf is a complete dietetic wet food for adult dogs, formulated for the reduction of ingredient and nutrient intolerances using hydrolysed protein sources and selected carbohydrate sources. The formula features dual hydrolysed proteins — hydrolysed soya protein concentrate (6.4%) and hydrolysed poultry by-products (2.0%) — with low molecular weight for very low allergenicity. The single carbohydrate source is pea starch (10.0%), providing a clean, digestible energy base. A specially formulated complex of nutrients supports the skin's natural protective barrier role for optimal skin health. This wet loaf format can be fed alone or as part of a mixed feeding regime alongside Royal Canin Hypoallergenic dry food.

Composition: Derivatives of vegetable origin, vegetable protein extracts, oils and fats, meat and animal derivatives, minerals.

Protein sources: Hydrolysed soya protein concentrate (6.4%), hydrolysed poultry by-products (2.0%). Carbohydrate source: Pea starch (10.0%).

SUITABILITY

Suitable For:

Adult dogs with adverse food reactions (dermatological and/or gastrointestinal signs)
Food elimination trials (long-term management)
Dogs with canine atopic dermatitis associated with adverse food reactions
Dogs with chronic diarrhoea, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), or exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI)
Dogs with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)

Not Suitable For:

Dogs with pancreatitis (use Gastrointestinal Low Fat or Hypoallergenic Moderate Calorie instead)
Puppies (growth phase)
Pregnant or nursing dogs (gestation/lactation)
