Complete dietetic feed for adult dogs, specially formulated to support heart function in cases of chronic cardiac insufficiency. Contains specific nutrients including taurine (0.34%) and L-carnitine (830 mg/kg) that are designed to support the maintenance of cardiac muscle health. Enriched with EPA and DHA (0.38%) as essential Omega-3 fatty acids to support cardiovascular function. Features a restricted sodium content (0.15%) designed to support the reduction of cardiac workload. High energy density (4158 kcal/kg) supports nutritional needs in dogs with reduced appetite. This veterinary formula should only be used under veterinary recommendation.

INGREDIENTS

Composition: Rice, dehydrated poultry protein, maize flour, animal fats, maize gluten, egg powder, hydrolysed animal proteins, beet pulp, minerals, fish oil, vegetable fibres, soya oil, yeasts products, fructo-oligosaccharides, marigold extract (source of lutein).

• Adult dogs with cardiovascular disease

• Dogs with congestive heart failure

Not Suitable For:

• Puppies and growing dogs (growth phase)

• Pregnant or nursing bitches (gestation/lactation)

• Dogs with IRIS Stage 3 or Stage 4 chronic kidney disease

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

Frequency: Divide daily amount into 2-3 meals

Transition: Introduce gradually over 7-10 days. Initially feed Cardiac dry for up to 6 months. Seek veterinary advice before use or extending the period of use.

Water: Ensure fresh water is always available
