PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Complete dietetic feed formulated for the reduction of excessive body weight in adult cats. Features an adapted macronutrient profile with high natural fibre (14.6%) to support safe weight loss while helping cats feel satisfied between meals. High protein content (34%) supports the maintenance of muscle mass during weight management. Contains L.I.P. proteins selected for very high digestibility, plus glucosamine and chondroitin to support joint health. This formula also includes an S/O Index, creating an environment unfavourable for the formation of calcium oxalate and struvite uroliths. Suitable for overweight cats and those with stabilised diabetes mellitus or hyperlipidaemia.

INGREDIENTS

Composition: Dehydrated poultry protein, vegetable fibres, manioc (tapioca), hydrolysed animal proteins, wheat flour, wheat gluten*, maize gluten, animal fats, chicory pulp, minerals, psyllium husks and seeds, fish oil, marigold meal, glucosamine from fermentation, hydrolysed cartilage (source of chondroitin). *L.I.P.: protein selected for its very high digestibility.

Suitable For:

• Overweight or obese adult cats
• Cats with stabilised diabetes mellitus with overweight/obesity
• Cats with hyperlipidaemia with overweight/obesity
• Weight maintenance following weight loss

Not Suitable For:

• Kittens (growth phase)
• Pregnant or nursing cats (gestation/lactation)
• Cats with a history of constipation in response to high fibre diets

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

Frequency: Divide daily ration into several small meals. Adjust to the needs of your cat and the rate of weight loss Transition: Introduce gradually over 7-10 days Water: Ensure fresh water is always available at all times Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal bag after opening. Feed until target body weight is achieved and after if required to maintain target body weight. A veterinarian's opinion should be sought before use.
