Hypoallergenic dietetic dry dog food rich in omega-3, formulated to support dogs with multiple sensitivities including food intolerance and reactions to environmental allergens.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Specific COD-HY Allergen Management Plus is a complete and balanced hypoallergenic dietetic dry food formulated for the reduction of ingredient and nutrient intolerances and support of skin function in dogs of all ages with dermatosis and excessive loss of hair. The formula contains a limited number of carefully selected ingredients with hydrolysed salmon protein (molecular weight below 10,000 dalton) and rice as core components to minimise the risk of triggering food allergies. With a protein content of 23% and fat content of 15%, the diet features an extremely high level of omega-3 fatty acids (2.34%) including EPA (1.13%) and DHA (1.04%) from fish oil, combined with omega-6 GLA (0.09%) from borage oil to support the skin barrier and coat condition. Enhanced levels of Vitamin A, Vitamin E, B complex vitamins, zinc (16.8 mg/100g) and selenium support healthy skin. Highly digestible ingredients with psyllium husk make this diet also suitable for dogs with gastrointestinal problems.
